The University of Zurich, in collaboration with “Lebensvorsorge Schweiz,” is organizing a public event titled “From Social Dead End to Social Springboard.”

OnThursday, November 27, 2025, at 6 p.m., representatives from the academic and political communities will gather in the auditorium of the University of Zurichfor a constructive debate. 

The following speakers and panelists have confirmed their participation: Prof. Dr. Thomas Gächter, Prof. Dr. Silja Häusermann, Cédric Wermuth (Co-President of the Swiss Social Democratic Party), Marc Rüdisüli (Member of the Executive Committee of Die Mitte Schweiz), and Marina Meister. The event will be moderated by Florian Inhauser of SRF.
